Our InBody machine 

At LMHQ, we use an InBody machine to help you see beyond the scales. It gives you a comprehensive breakdown of your body composition, including how much lean muscle, fat, and water you have in each area. Our coaches use your InBody results to create a tailored programme for you. 
 
Tracking progress matters. With InBody scans every 4–6 weeks, we measure real changes: fat loss, muscle gain, even shifts in hydration. If your weight plateaus, you still get proof you’re making progress. Use of the InBody machine is available to every client who trains with us at LMHQ.
