Our large-group training sessions are built around strength and conditioning. You’ll train in a group of 10–18 people, using a mix of cardio and resistance equipment, with expert coaching that keeps you progressing.
Sessions run every day and are open to all levels, whether you’re new to training or have years under your belt. LMHQ is an inclusive space where everyone is supported to train safely, effectively, and with purpose.
What to expect
Equipment: Air bikes, ski ergs, rowing machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, bar work.
Session size: 10–18 clients per class.
Focus: Strength, conditioning, and progression.
Coaching: Technique-led, with trainers guiding you to get the most from every movement.

Why train in a group?
Working out alongside like-minded people brings energy, accountability, and a sense of shared progress. Many of our clients build lasting friendships here, but the focus is always on training well and getting results.
Indoor cycling
We also run high-intensity indoor cycling sessions twice a week in a dedicated studio. These are small group classes with six clients and an instructor, designed to push your cardio fitness in a focused, fast-paced format.
