I have experience in helping women reach their health and fitness goals. Here are my 4 top tips:
1. Prioritise your gym time
Getting yourself into shape HAS to be a priority. If it’s not near the top of your property list, it’s going to take longer to get the results that you want.
2. Surround yourself with people who are motivated
It’s going to speed up your results if you’re around people who have a positive influence on your fitness journey. This is why I love my group training so much. Training like minded people and witnessing them push each other towards a goal is pretty cool.
3. Allow enough time to get into shape
Consistency is key. You have to give it 100% and stay on track with your training and nutrition to see the changes that you want.
4. Make sure your training is challenging
This one seems obvious but you need to make sure that you execute each exercise correctly in your session. Go into each session with the mindset that it’s going to be your best.
