Small Group Strength Training: Focused sessions with heavier weights and weekly progression, max 8 clients per class.
Large Group Training: Strength and conditioning in groups of 10–18, using air bikes, SkiErgs, kettlebells, and more.
1-1 Personal Training: Tailored plans and expert coaching to help you train smarter and see real progress.
Online Training: Via the LMHQ online app, with all sessions sent straight to your phone.
