Firstly, I want to thank every single client for supporting my studio. It has truly blown me away.
Over the past 9 weeks I have had to alter the way in which I deliver my personal training service. I want to talk about the success my digital platform has had, and the way in which I plan to utilise it going forwards.
The majority of my clients see me twice per week at the studio. Many clients combine the group training service with a 1-1 session which works perfectly. During all sessions we work towards specific client-centred goals. I love training clients on a 1-1 basis and this service has seen multiple people achieve the results they desire. Small group training is another aspect of what takes place at the studio and provides clients with a unique fitness community which is important to me.
Since lockdown virtual training has played a huge role in ensuring you get the best personal training service possible. Clients who normally train with me twice per week in the studio have previously expressed wanting extra sessions but sometimes struggle due to other commitments. Zoom classes have enabled me to have additional contact with you ensuring greater accountability and progress.
Several clients have said they will be signing up for zoom sessions once we get back to the studio. They feel the combination of training with me in person and the extra virtual training will be a game changer, I agree.
I find this so exciting as I know many of you will reach your goals even faster with the supplementation of virtual training to run alongside 1-1 and small group personal training.
